Umrah Package Requirements January 2014
- Original passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of departure.
- The name on the passport at least 3 words, example: Fahmi Septian Nuryaman.
- Fitting close up to 80% of white background size 4 × 6 (4 pieces)
- For husband and wife include original Marriage Certificate.
- For children include Family Card and original Birth Certificate.
- For women over the age of 45 years to include the original ID card.
- For women under the age of 45 years to include a copy of certificate / diploma last mahram letter and pay the fee.
- Yellow book / health card.
- Jamaat High Risk (RESTI) must be accompanied by family.
